Sharon Rosen has been a Certified Massage Therapist and holistic living guide since 1987. She received certification in Shiatsu and Swedish massage from the North Jersey Masage Training Center in Parsippany, NJ and over the years has studied many modalities including Neuro-muscular therapy, Cranio-sacral therapy, Polarity, Reiki, Kabbalistic Healing and Gestalt therapy. Sharon also teaches Reiki and self-care classes through her business, Heart of Self-Care.
